A-VIEWER: ANATOMIC REFERENCE SYSTEM
The Anatomy-Viewer is a web based anatomy atlas. It contains:
• A data base of CT-/ MRT-images of a healthy person sorted by body regions
• Indexes and tags, markings & designations of the anatomic structures
• Extensive menu and functionality features relevant for daily diagnostic routine
The CT/ MRI images are displayed in the known three levels: axial, coronal, sagittal with anatomical annotations in Latin and English. The viewer software is tailored to one of the biggest case data bases with 1+ million image stacks and corresponding cases made by renowned radiologists of Charité University Hospital Institute of Radiology.
Like in a PACS software, there are no single pictures but a vast number of cross sections which are fully scrollable. Tags in the anatomic images are interactive – clicking on them gives immediately all related pathological imagery.
P-VIEWER: PATHOLOGIC INFORMATION. RETRIEVED.
The Pathological-Viewer is the database of pathological imagery, sorted into different anatomic areas and linked to the A-Viewer image-tags. It contains completely anonymized patient image stacks sorted by diseases and radiologic image-descriptive terms. There are several reference diagnoses as well as an extensive number of differential diagnoses. Integrated text-boxes provide further contextual information right on the spot. The case collection is based on the University Hospitals Database, one of the biggest digital case collections available today.
SEAMLESS WORKFLOW INTEGRATION
PANTAVISION DIGITAL DIAGNOSTICS contains an interactive anatomic model, interactively underpinning every step of the radiologic workflow.
• The high-quality, multi-axis model with annotations serves as basis and starting point for research.
• Connected anatomic and pathologic information imitate the diagnostic process and place information right at your fingertips.
• It allows seamless and intuitive streaming between anatomic and pathologic information and within case collections.
IMAGE BASED SEMANTIC SEARCH
PANTAVISION DIGITAL DIAGNOSTICS contains an image-based semantic search function. The search engine operates with both professional medical/radiologic terminology and image descriptive terms, enabling an image based search according to the medical professional terminology.
The search function allows integration of existing radiologic input devices.
